Minneapolis, Minn, December 17, 2001.---The Brave New Workshop Theatre (BNW), founded by Dudley Riggs in 1958, is pleased to announce that its 238th comedy revue will open in its historic theatre at 2605 Hennepin Avenue South in Uptown Minneapolis. The show, a "Best of the Brave New Workshop" revue, is titled We Moved Our Cheese (and everything else) or Hindsight is 2605 Hennepin Avenue and previews January 18, opens January 24, and closes March 30, 2002. NOG! A Brave New Christmakwanzukah will close at BNW's Calhoun Square theatre on January 6, 2002. NOG! will be the last show performed in the Calhoun Square theatre by the Brave New Workshop.

We Moved Our Cheese (and everything else) or Hindsight is 2605 Hennepin Avenue re-dedicates an old theatre in the new year. "Best of" sketches and songs have been reworked and unpacked on the newly rebuilt stage to include comedic memorabilia such as "Light Rail" (a glimpse into the future of the Twin Cities Light Rail project); "The Ballad of Seamus O'Leary" (a Riverdance parody about a Xerox repairman) and "Spin Doctor" (an advisor to Governor Ventura explains how the Governor's latest statements have been misinterpreted by the media).

Marking the return to the hallowed halls, walls, and carnival atmosphere at 2605 Hennepin are cast members Wil Doughty, Dan Hetzel, Katy McEwen, Jim Robinson and Shanan Wexler. We Moved Our Cheese (and everything else) or Hindsight is 2605 Hennepin Avenue is directed by Caleb McEwen. Zach Humes will tech direct and Peter Guertin is returning home to the piano pit as musical director.
