This position would involve all aspects of financial tracking and reporting including…
– Basic Bookkeeping
– Preparing financial statements
– A/P and A/R tracking and management
– Bank account management including reconciliation
– HR administration
– Employee benefits maintenance
– Budgeting and cash flow projection
– Insurance administration
– Payroll processing (including quarterly and year end processing and reporting)
– Sales Tax preparation and reporting
– Records management
– Licensing management
– Petty cash maintenance and reimbursements

Salary will be commensurate with experience and skills
Qualifications/Required Skills…
5+ years of experience working in a similar position
A strong working knowledge of Quickbooks
Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and Adobe Acrobat
A working knowledge of SeatAdvisor ticketing system (or other cloud-based online ticketing software) and MICROS POS would be helpful
The ability to thrive in an informal, non-traditional work environment is important
Other Details
Primary work location is in downtown Minneapolis, with possible option of occasional telecommuting or work-from-home.
