Brave New Workshop

Welcome to the official Brave New Workshop Blog!   Basically, if it doesn’t have a place on one of the other areas of the website – photos, videos, news, gossip, and miscellaneous – it’ll end up here. Our blog: if the website was a kitchen, this would be the junk drawer.

Brave New Workshop Presents ASL-Interpreted Performance of "A Snowplow Named Desire"

The BNW is proud to present an ASL-interpreted performance of their new hit show "A Snowplow Named Desire: Love in MN"

On Friday, March 7, The Brave New Workshop Theatre welcomes deaf and hard-of-hearing patrons to enjoy a performance of their smash hit show "A Snowplow Named Desire: Love in Minnesota" with the help of professional ASL interpreters Tarra Grammenos (NIC Advanced) and Carlos Grant. This ASL-interpreted show will take place at the Brave New Workshop Theatre main stage at 824 Hennepin Ave in downtown Minneapolis.

About the show: In "A Snowplow Named Desire: Love in Minnesota," the BNW cast delivers an amorously amusing mix of sketches and songs, new and classics too, exposing the comical and often ridiculous side of love and relationships of all kinds.
