Artistic director Caleb McEwen has some insight. Primary Job Duties ·         Answer incoming customer calls; sell tickets and process orders. ·         Process phone and walk-up orders for gift certificates, punch passes, and merchandise. ·         Greet and direct all visitors. ·         Assist with set-up for daytime in the theater and ETC event/meeting venue as needed. ·         Maintain a positive atmosphere and orderly work environment. ·         Work as a team with other employees to create a great customer experience from the first moment our visitors enter the building and throughout their stay.
