Extreme Sitcom Spec Script Workshop

Michael McCarthy is coming back at the BNW Student Union to teach his popular Extreme Sitcom Spec Script workshop; a class that is filled with insider knowledge and professional advice.  As a writer for SNL, Sesame Street, The Drew Carey Show and most recently, Mike and Molly, Michael knows what literary agents, TV producers and network executives are looking for. In three hours you will learn how to create, edit and prepare a spec script for submission.  

This workshop is distilled from an eight week class that Michael developed for The Comedy Lab at iO West.  Michael is credited with developing the writing programs at The Second City, iO Chicago and iO West and worked with many notable students including Jon Favreau, Tina Fey, Brian Stack, Vanessa Bayer and Matt Walsh.  If you want to learn from one of the best, this is your chance!
