RACHAEL BROGAN
(Kathleen)
Rachael is very excited to be part of the BNW. She graduated from
the University of Iowa where she performed in a number of shows and
her play was featured in the University's 2000 Undergrad Playwright's
Festival. Since moving to Minneapolis, she has been involved with
the Gilbert and Sullivan Very Light Opera Company and this year's
Fringe Festival. Super thanks to all her friends and family especially
The Kings, Theresa for being the bestest roommate, Mike for being
a great big brother, Lindsay for being a perfect audience and Mom
and Dad for being the most wonderful parents in the world.

SHAWN CASSIDY
(Mayor)
Shawn, traveling from California in search of his Irish roots, took
a wrong turn at Albuquerque and ended up in Minnesota where someone
elected him Mayor of Grapplin at a place called Flanagan's Wake.
He's now blissfully entrenched in the Brave New Workshop improvisation-training
program. As a result, he's decided that asking for directions is not
always the right thing to do.

DAN KRONZER
(Mickey Finn)
Dan is thrilled to have to re-write his previously perfect bio. In
Dan's old bio, he mentioned, so casually, all the past great work
he has done, and the many places he's performed. Not one to repeat
his past mistakes (or anything else) Dan thanks you for coming.

Kristine is thrilled to be part of the Brave New Workshop with her
portrayal of Fiona in Flanagan's Wake. Kristine has been active

a contracted member of Tony 'n Tina's Wedding playing the roles
of Madeline, Connie and the title role of Tina Vitale. She recently

would like to thank John and Stina for giving a fella from Indiana
this sublime opportunity. He would also like to thank everyone at
the Brave New Institute, where he is currently enrolled in classes
under the tutelage of the greatest improv teachers on the planet.
He also wants to thank his family, friends, and Superman.

New Workshop. After years of auditioning, he is pleased to have finally
tricked people into hiring him. Joe also enjoys thumbtacks.

(director)
At the request of Dudley Riggs, John became the new co-owner of the
Brave New Workshop Theatre in 1997. Before returning to the Twin Cities
in 1997 to take the helm, John was working in Chicago where he was
a creative director / writer / actor for Second City Communications.
It was also there where he worked as an understudy in Flanagan's
Wake and where he met the wonderful people of the Noble Fool Theatre
Company. John is also executive producer of Brave New Communications,
the BNW's corporate entertainment division. John Sweeney is proudly
100% Irish.
