Sean first attended the Brave New Workshop when he was just 12 (still doing therapy from that experience). He started taking improv classes in 1998. Sean has spent more than 20 years in radio, much of that time in sales and digital sales management). Sean will work with businesses locally, regionally and nationally on event services, video, venue rentals, emcee services,and more.

Erin began working at the BNW more than fifteen years ago and has had multiple roles ranging from group sales to theatre marketing to her present day role as the glue that holds it all together. As the Managing Director, she keeps all lines of business communicating, often driving projects that involve the entire company and reflect BNW’s workplace culture.

Caleb brings two decades of experience as a performer, writer, and director to The Brave New Workshop’s mainstage. During that time he has also traveled the world as a corporate speaker, trainer, and facilitator (and yes, world-class knife thrower).

Earl officially started with BNW January 1st of 2014 but he was so excited to dive in that he showed up a couple of days before he was supposed to. He brings a background in entrepreneurship and business management with his 18 years of launching and growing, with his wife and partner, the salon concept, Kids’ Hair. He watches over all aspects of the entertainment company and gets strangely excited about reading financial statements.

Jenni is co-owner of BNW with husband John Sweeney, and serves as executive director of the BNW’s school, the BNW Student Union. Considered a ‘founding mother’ of modern improvisation study in Minnesota, Jenni has endeavored the past 20+ years to bring the mindset and tools of improvisation to as many people as possible. Outside of the BNW, the hallmark of Jenni’s community involvement is her work as co-founder of Gilda’s Club Twin Cities, a cancer support organization that opened in 2014.

Dudley Riggs is a fifth generation member of a distinguished show business family, and has worked (since the age of 5) as a circus aerialist, movie actor, vaudevillian, comedian, writer, stage director, and producer.
A noted improvisational comedian, Riggs created the Instant Theater Company in New York, which he moved to Minneapolis in 1958 to become the Brave New Workshop.
John is a visionary entrepreneur, author, and inspiring keynote speaker. His passion for innovation has led him on a life journey of bridging key improvisational behaviors and mindset to the business world through his work with Fortune 500 companies. Hillary now manages all theatre ticket sales, box office operations, database management, and outbound patron communication, ensuring the highest level of patron satisfaction. You can find her at the Box Office during some daytime business hours and on busy Saturday nights. Her background in theatre communication, visual & performing arts, customer service, sales, and management makes her an ideal utility player on the BNW team.

Matt first performed at the new Brave New Workshop Comedy Theatre in downtown Minneapolis with the inaugural performance of ``Dudley: Rigged for Laughter.``
