Basic
requirements for hire:
· You must be able to work every Friday and Saturday night, as well
as some weeknights and some Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
· You must be able to get to both of our theater locations (via car,
bus, carpool, etc.) All employees will be working equal time at our
Minneapolis and St. Paul theaters.
· Able to be an ambiant character while on the job at our St. Paul
theater. This includes (but is not limited to) having a MN accent,
knowing some Ole/Lena jokes, knowing your character details and those
of all other characters, and never breaking character from
the moment you arrive to the moment the last customer leaves.
· You must be willing to commit 100% to giving exceptional customer
service and anticipating customer needs!
· You
must be reliable and committed to working here for at least 6 months.

The
Brave New Workshop is seeking a committed, enthusiastic person for
an unpaid box office, marketing, and customer service internship,
starting this fall. Responsibility level commensurate with experience;
true to all theater jobs, you must be someone who is willing to roll
up your sleeves and do anything. This is a great way to build your
resume and get an industry reference. It's also an incredibly fun
and flexible place to work - we have lots of parties and appreciate
our staff!
Qualifications:
-currently
enrolled in or graduated from college
-strong computer and Internet skills (MS Word, Excel or any database
software experience, etc.)
-able to commit and work at least 15 hour/week through the end of
December
-ability to work independently
-ability to thoroughly research problems and create solutions
-understanding of exceptional customer service
